United Urgent Care

Very very very friendly staff. Visited with my mom today, the doc was very knowledgeable and considerate of our situation. Hope the medication works!! P.S. there was a two hour wait and yes the crowd was predominantly Somalian(not sure if that should matter).

The location is great and easy to find. I was pleased that the doctor and staff were very welcoming and professional. The fee was very reasonable. The waiting time was not bad considering it was Sunday. I walked in without an appointment and really avoided going to ER. No complaints at all.

I'm giving them 5 stars because I had not problems with the staff at all. They were very nice, caring and took care of me. I have bronchitis, they gave me my prescriptions including a chest x-ray. No I'm not a staff member or solamolian and they treated me as a person. I think and appreciate their services

There are 2 Urgent Care providers in the area that accept my insurance. When I called the 1st to ask if they'd be able to lance my infection (Paronychia - infected finger/cuticle) they flat out said no. When I called United Urgent Care they said it would be up to the Dr. I decided to give United a try. Admittance was streamlined, minimal paperwork, & the wait was not bad at all (~30m). Great bedside manner by all the medical staff here! They were friendly and attentive to my needs. The Nurse Practitioner who originally assessed me sounded inclined to send me home with antibiotics and orders to come back if things did not improve, but after that I was assessed by the Physician (Dr Hashi) and he said he would lance it. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Most of the staff are quite rude and obviously don't know what they are talking about. I've been trying to get lab results that were promised to me by Saturday morning and it's Tuesday evening and they're not even answering the phones. They were also pretty rude yesterday when I was able to speak to someone. Don't waste your time.
