My son was referred here around October. We first met with Gary - asked open ended questions and suggestions were provided right away and a plan to get him better was set for the next visit. We were assign to Catherine - very nice and caring with a great personality. The physical therapists were excellent, but the check-in experience was off-putting and gave a poor impression. I believe there are 2 people - one is okay, she gets to the point and sets up my son's appointment for the next week - quick and easy. The other one is alright - I believe I got her on a bad mood. When checking in, the receptionist asked for my name. After I clarified the appointment was for my son (who was momentarily in the restroom), she offered an unnecessary and unprofessional explanation for her inattentiveness

A Disgrace to the Profession – This Office Should Be Ashamed If I could give zero stars, I would. What happened at this physical therapy office was not just disappointing—it was disgraceful. My 13-year-old daughter, who has always been healthy and active, began experiencing unexplained daily pain. After an X-ray showed no issues, her doctor referred us to physical therapy for further evaluation and care. What we got instead was an arrogant dismissal that bordered on cruelty. The so-called therapist glanced at her for maybe two minutes before saying, “There’s nothing I can do for you.” That was it. No assessment. No attempt to understand her symptoms. No compassion. No effort. Just a flat-out refusal to help—a child in pain. This is not just unprofessional; it is morally bankrupt. This

This place is Awesome. I'm bringing my Mom to see Cathy to help my Mom with a fractured Clavicle. The improvement after one session is Awesome. Previously she had been to other therapists, but she was not Happy with them. My Mom has requested two sessions weekly versus Previously avoiding sessions. I Highly recommend 👌

Unlike most physical therapy clinics these days this is not a mill. They have licensed PT's, PTA's, Massage Therapists to take care of your physical problems with a professional, caring, knowledgable and effective approach. The staff including the reception desk and the therapists make you feel at ease right away. By the time you are taken for an evaluation and first treatment you will already be feeling better. This is therapy that is actually therapeutic.

I love Lauren she’s awesome! I’ve had a lot of struggles with my knee replacement and she’s been my favorite physical therapist so far. With her help I’ve been able to switch from my crutches back to my cane and I’m not limping as bad either. Everyone here is very nice and I always feel comfortable here. 10 stars! 💜
