United Medical Imaging of Northridge

So far is not great the place was empty and still took them more than 10 min to give us a paper to sight . There is 5 lazy females chitchatting laughing,but us who cares that we have to pay parking. I’ll tell my insurance not to ever send me here again because also the Hispanic with glasses on wasn’t to nice . I gave her our I’d cards and ignore me after the second time she just pulled the cards from my hand and said with a not so nice tone have a sit.

I’ve tired several times to schedule 2- MRI’s and I also emailed them the authorizations referral. Not sure who answers the phone, but they are rude. They keep putting you on hold and she still couldn’t schedule my MRI. She wanted a different type of authorization form. I asked to speak to the manager and she says hold on and hangs up. I tried calling twice and the call just goes straight to voicemail or or hangs up

The worst place ever, my son’s appointment was 4:30, we arrived 4:00 pm and no patients were at the lobby, we checked in and completed all the paperwork, while we are waiting two other patients came and checked in, they got called before us and we stayed till 5:15 no one called us, I went to the customer service asking why and the receptionist said I don’t know why but your file is before them, you can talk to my manager. When i spoke with her she kept apologizing nothing else. I decided not to use this place anymore

We came today 7/16/25 for my husband's appointment. When checking in Bethany M. asked for our $50 copay which we only had a 100 dollar bill and I couldn't provide a debit card because it was being replaced. Any how Bethany M. told us that if we didn't have change that we needed to reschedule our appointment. I then told her how was it that they don't have change if other patients pay copayments . Her reply was " we are not a bank" that was so unprofessional, rude , inappropriate and sarcastic for her to answer that way. A guy that was sitting behind her offered to go make change and when he came back just sat at his desk. When I asked Bethany M.who was the office manager she replied by saying " he's behind me his name is Boeck" something like that . So I asked to speak to him inside so

I’ve been to this location twice for ultrasounds and both times had a great experience. The staff are all very nice and I was seen very quickly, with minimal wait time. Parking is not validated, and the area can be busy due to the hospital next door, but overall it was a smooth and positive visit.
