Refusing to see a patient after an ER visit, especially without proper communication, is extremely concerning and falls short of the level of care and professionalism patients reasonably expect. The lack of notification caused unnecessary confusion, delay in care, and inconvenience during an already stressful time.Very disappointment, poor services.

Took my two sick 10 month old twins in to their “Urgent Care” and was turned away. Apparently if your not originally assigned to the doctors there on your insurance cards then you can NOT be seen by the freaking Urgent Care! This rule applies to all the United Health Centers! As a first time mom with twins IMAGINE how frustrating this was. All the lady had to say was “Poor Babies”.

The first time I went in, they lost my sample, and I had to come back again to redo the test. Then the second time, they used the wrong testing kit, which made the whole process even longer and more frustrating. I wasted time and still didn’t get the correct results when I needed them. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a medical facility.

One of the worst dentists in my entire lifetime was Dr. WC. So unprofessional and the worst dental cleaning I ever had. After a very quick, water choked cleaning, he slipped away with the suction device still running in my mouth! Five minutes later the dental assistant arrived and apologetically turned it off. My current VA dentist is in disbelief! Never again, WC!

It has been incredibly frustrating trying to reach anyone. Calls are answered and then disconnected, which feels very unprofessional. We did blood work for my child, but they lost the file and paperwork. This mistake caused us a huge headache, wasted an entire day, and now we have to redo everything. On top of that, it created further complications with her school admission. Extremely disappointing experience
