United Health Centers - Parlier

The medical side of the doctors are great but the dentists/assistants here are TERRIBLE. Do not waste your time coming here. I needed an emergency procedure done which before (years ago) they would take care of on the same day, have now came to be a “consultation” of basically 5 mins of talking to me and explaining what they want to do then telling me to come for another appointment. If you’re in pain and need medical attention DO NOT COME HERE. You’re better off going somewhere else. P.s. I called back to cancel the second appointment and come to find out they hadn’t even booked my appointment even though the dental assistant was the one that gave me that date and time. Good thing I was able to get the procedure done somewhere else. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME 🤦🏻‍♀️

Do not come to this clinic. Read other reviews. Medi-cal billing farm- that's all they care about. 40min drive, Dr Khan rushes you out the door cause he has to be somewhere. Next week, my 65 year old mother drove back only to have her appointment canceled 30 mins before, Dr Khan has an emergency. Third time, phone appointment. No call by Dr Khan then calls an hour later and the doctor can talk to you now. Of course they lie and put her down as a no show because they need to bill Medi-cal. You can't make this up. The lack of respect and compassion by this place is baffling.

Dr. Spajic is the best! He did my cleaning with no pain at all & quick too. My previous Dr caused me pain but he did so great! I was very impressed & am now recommending him to my family. He’s very kind & answers all my questions with no issue so it’s great to know that he cares for his patients. His assistants are very sweet as well. Thank you so much Dr. Spajic!!

Do not take your loved ones here!! The lack of professionalism is astonishing!! A 2.7 start rating is generous. Front desk personnel and all need better training on how to work with patients. Do better as an establishment.

Worst Dental office ever. Needed to get 2 crowns done and they moved me Dentists 3 times because the provider kept leaving. They would have me restart the process every single time they changed dentist. The wait times can be ridiculous. How are you telling me you need 3 different Xrays because every Dentist wants their own copy and i need 3 evaluations and 3 cleaninings. I also hated the fact that they make you separate appointments for everything. XRAY is one appointment, evaluation another appointment, cleaning another appointment. Seems like they do this to be able to charge the insurance multiple times. My last dentist would do xray, evaluation, and cleaning on the same appointment, and these guys will make you do 3 trips. I kept going back because of the convenience, but the cherry on
