I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bautista during my phone consultation, and he advised me to come in for a B12 shot. I scheduled an appointment and drove 30 minutes to the office today for that purpose. However, when I arrived, a different provider came into the room. She did not introduce herself or explain her role (whether she was a doctor, nurse, or NP). She told me I did not need a B12 shot, even though my doctor had specifically asked me to come in for it. I asked if she could call Dr. Bautista to clarify, since he was the one who told me to make the appointment. Her response shocked me. Instead of helping, she said: “Aren’t you embarrassed to have an attitude like that at this establishment?” I was completely taken aback by the unprofessionalism and disrespect. I am not a co

Dr Batista was my primary Dr. He is great. But I was turned away due to an issue with my insurance card. They accept my plan just. Something was not printed on my card.

Came here for the first time with Dr. Aguilar and he was very professional and listened to my concerns. Staff is also very friendly, my husband also started coming here after me and has nothing but nice things to say about everyone!

I went in today for my lab results follow up appointment as well as other medical issues with Dr. Hector Aguilar. He was very unprofessional. I was concerned about my lab results and he said everything looked normal. I asked him questions about my lab results for clarification and he responded a couple times with, “I don’t know what you’re talking about” and at one point also said “idk” when I asked him what he thought was causing my dizziness. Very unprofessional overall.
