Let me just preface this by saying I’m very thankful and grateful that medi-cal covers crowns if you lose any front teeth. I went through severe depression a few years ago and started drinking heavily. This ofc destroyed my teeth and I ended up losing two of my front teeth and just overall destroying and neglecting my dental health. Once I got sober I came to this office for treatment as I was no longer able to chew on either side comfortably. Unfortunately every single tooth they worked on and every office they sent me to for a root canal ended up needing to be reworked elsewhere. All the fillings they did broke into pieces or came out and every root canal I got the tooth ended up breaking and needing an emergency extraction because it caused infection. Good people, just bad set up. Every single time I'm told show up 15 minutes early so I do but end up waiting for an entire hour anyways. It always feels like I'm being skipped over and the entire appointment will only be like 5 minutes. They also switch doctors around network too much as soon as I get comfortable with one they're already gone by the next time I need an appointment.

3.7 stars for this place. It's good care. They could work on taking calls at each office because communications with anyone in the specific office is hard unless you go in or message them through the app. So it's OK for now.

I recently visited UHC Medical Clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. Dr. Tom Adair was amazing – attentive, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to his patients' well-being. The clinic manager, Gloria, was equally impressive, demonstrating exceptional helpfulness and respect. The entire staff exudes professionalism and compassion, making every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend UHC Medical Clinic for anyone seeking top-notch medical care.

I love my dr and it is a really nice place but I wish it wasn’t so frustrating and hard to get a hold of the drs or anyone in general just to get a refill of my prescription, you would have to make a whole appointment and sometimes the appointments are far away by two weeks and I already ran out of my prescription , so no way to get it or a hold of anyone . There’s a option to request a refill but no one answers that either , they really need to fix that issue it’s so frustrating
