They called me just now pronounced my child’s name incorrectly therefore I was trying to spell it out to confirm. The representative hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional.

I like the staff, they are friendly and very helpful. I have not experienced any long wait times here. I love how they have everything in one place, lab, xrays, pharmacy, dental, chiropractor, and medical. Plus, the staff goes a I've and beyond to do what they can to help you get the procedures you need if insurance denies it. It is one of the better clinics around here.

Dr Ryan Chio was lovely and fantastic with our kids. The process, wait time and cost involved in seeing a doctor and getting out of the clinic was atrocious. Avoid it if you can.

The wait time is annoying. If your appt is at 215 why do you have to wait 1.5 hrs to be put in a room, Then they put you in back room for another 30-45 minutes before your actually seen by the dr. Won't visit this clinic again.

This place is just great the people are helpful and so nice the best thing of all is that you have a doctor on one side and have a dentist on the other side and straight in the middle you have a pharmacy all inside the same building so you wait for the doctor to give the prescription to the pharmacy and within minutes you have your medication I mean my doctor I seen dr. Jones Jennifer Jones and she is so amazing I love her so much she's so sweet and explains everything to you you don't understand it she'll explain it to you in a different way she's kind understanding I love this place it's one of my favorite doctors offices that I've ever been to and my favorite thing is that I can get my medication right there
