Came here as an emergency for tooth pain. I was able to get accommodated in such short notice. They are very nice and professional staff. Also the doctor was extraordinary. Not only did he walk me through the procedure of my root canal and crowns, but he made sure I did not feel a thing. I am so impressed. I dread dental appointments. This guys is the man 5 star. Make sure to ask for Dr. Tavakoli he is definitely my new dentist. Never had this kind of experience at a dental office.

I had radiation therapy done on my head and my teeth suffer from that. Ive had 3 teeth pulled by different dentist at different times. I was ready to get them all pulled because of the pain and I thought they were that bad. I first came here when they were Designer Dentistry in Rialto and told the dentist that i want t them all pulled and he said my teeth weren't that bad. He could fix them right up. I love them here. They are super nice and the dentist is real gentle. (I could never remember his name) He dims the lights for me when I have to wait to get numb for a procedure or am waiting for a mold to set because he actually listened to my story and knows i get headaches easily. I have had work done here and I did not feel the angst of most dentists. The level of service and amenities of this office are incomparable. I have Delta Dental as well and have never had to pay out of pocket for any of the work performed.The dentists and staff are professionals who provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate the contentment of knowing that the doctors who perform the procedures are all experienced and well trained.

Best OFFICE Ever. The staff are wonderful and the dentists are very caring. Prices are reasonable. I do know how my insurance works and they explain my benefits and co-payments. I needed lot of dental work and made me comfortable.

Worst place I have ever been to. The People are rude and unprofessional. They try and lie about everything, like that I had 7 cavities. Good thing I got a second opinion from a real dentist. They try and up sell medication, three hundred dollar toothbrushes, and everything they can. I know the dentist is young and is probably in a lot of debt, but that is not the way to build client tale. I finally had it when I was talking to the hygienist and told me that they were rushed to get us out in 30 minutes... What!! we pay the full price we should get the full time; minimum of an hour to do the job right! I am not a dentist, but I have gone to the dentist plenty of times to know how long it takes. Don't do a half job!! bottom line if you want to be cheated then go here!
