I was referred to my current dietitian Donna Daniels by a colleague and have been following the program since this past summer. I have had great results by following her guidance. Due to these results and in accordance with my primary care physician and a specialist, three of my medications (2 which I have been taking for years) have been removed. I reached my goal as Donna had expressed belief that I would, and I am looking forward to continue moving on to the next phases under her guidance. She has provided great encouragement, shared her knowledge which I believe will change my eating habits from here on, and is always looking to work with me to enhance my meal options. I had such a pleasant experience at my recent visit. I always get very anxious at my appointments and Sam was very kind and reassuring. She could sense that I was nervous and was very helpful. Her patience and sense of humor helped calm by nerves before Dr. Ford came to start the visit. I appreciate both of their patiences and professionalism.

I can’t recommend my dietitian, Donna Daniels enough! I followed her program for 5 months and the results have been incredible. Not only do I feel healthier, but I also feel more confident and happier with myself. After having my kids, I honestly thought I would never wear an XS again in my life… and now that’s my size!
