Union Community Care Urgent Care

Quick in and out! Very friendly and nice staff. Appreciated the help for my need!

I was seen on November 11 for a possible UTI. When I checked in I gave all my insurance information and was seen quickly. I was told I would Be called with the culture results and here it is two weeks later and I have heard nothing. As I mentioned I gave all of my insurance information however today I got a bill and the company that sent me the bill said they had never received any of my information. You can’t call down there, because it keeps saying to call back during normal business hours even though it’s 3:45 in the afternoon and they’re supposedly open. I will file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and I will never be back.

I've been calling for hours and still getting a busy signal. How do you not have call-waiting this day in age?! No way to schedule appointments online. I'm not going all the way there unless I know they can fit my kids in today, looks like I'm going elsewhere!

The staff at Union community care are out of this world exceptional at their jobs and they treat you very well there and they all been a big help for me and I'm so honored to be part of the union community care system
