Union Community Care

The staff is highly attentive and professional. We were their first patients 15 years ago. This office continues to do amazing work. I'm thankful this office makes care very affordable.

I have been to different doctors in Lebanon over the years and have never found a doctor that actually listens to me and my concerns until now. My doctor at Union Community not only listened to my concerns, she had answers for all my questions and showed true genuine care. I would, and already have, referred her to my friends. From the reception/ check in area to the nurse that triaged me to my doctor everyone was pleasant and professional!

I am writing this because I had an appointment for 4:20 pm , I got in the office at 3:50 pm, As I came in not one time I was told the doctor was running behind . I saw there were a lot of people so I sat and waited patiently, after 1 hours I asked how long is it going to be , the lady at the desk said not too long. So I sat and waited another one . Now that two hours past by no one came , no communication on what’s going on. After waiting 2 hrs and 10 minutes a white lady and her son came in , checked in and were called in to see the doctor within 5-7 minutes. I don’t understand how I was told to sit and wait and the white lady comes in and the red carpet is pulled out for her. I will never ever come to your facility and I will be letting all my friends and family and neighbors know about

Union Community Care could be a good place to see a physician and the nursing staff are really good to a point, but every now and then you have things that are misunderstood, but there should be no biased in any medical facility. We are all human and we all make mistakes, but no one has the right to hold your mistakes against you. Union Community Care is a decent facility to help with the community
