I visited Union City - Urgent care location recently due to an issue with my ear, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a calm, reassuring atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The medical team listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such a combination of efficiency, compassion, and professionalism in one place. I highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone in need of prompt, reliable medical attention. They truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received!

I visited this urgent care today for the first time, and I’m honestly impressed! I walked in without an appointment, the staff was very nice and friendly, the wait time was short, and the doctor was amazing and very thorough. Amazing service!

I received great care from the doctor and front desk staff. In addition, they referred me to pick up med across the street at Toledo Pharmacy who were also very quick and effecient. I waited less than 10 mins to get my medication and headed home. I recommend this place

Office is bright and clean. Front desk staff / nurse is very friendly. But, - wait time was too long; we arrived at 8:45am as booked online, but was seen at 9:20am. - billing was a mess; front desk had to call billing department to verify my copay, which they got wrong TWICE, despite that the copay was already printed on my insurance card, and that I’ve met my Out-of-pocket max. This is supposedly the reason why they kept me waiting for 35mins. - doctor was hugely INCOMPETENT; he was not able to treat my condition, yet instead gave me a totally irrelevant diagnosis and redirected my to GYN. For the record, I told him I have been treated at urgent care for the same exact condition.
