Union City Pharmacy

Not only did I have to wait over a week for my prescription, but I was given the wrong dose and told to cut them in half when in fact the instructions I used to get from Rite Aid specifically said not to cut them in half unless the pill has a cut line on it which these do not. Not very satisfied and I’ll be going to Corry or Waterford from now on.

We have had nothing but problems with Tom over the past few years. Today was the final straw when he yelled at my mother with short term memory loss for misunderstanding him. Me and her caretaker corrected her, he took upon himself to yell at her and speak to her like she was a child. She's 53. Not a child.

Never has anything in stock, wait times are beyond ridiculous. Sad it's the only Pharmacy in UC now. I go to Corry for all my needs

Union City pharmacy was the only one I went to .... For 11 years .today Tom was very unprofessional. He yelled at me. I have an issue with my brain that makes me lose my thoughts, I slur my words. TOM...YOU NEVER YELLED AT ME. IN THE 11 YEARS IVE BEEN USING YOUR SERVICES. IT HURT AND WAS EMBARRASSING TO ME. I'm still upset 515 at night. THEN... You changed my appointment , so I would have to wait longer I asked ( are you changing my appointment) his response was "yes I am" like a bratty kid would Shame on you! You don't know everything so.... if you notice a change.... ask.duh

This is a very friendly and helpful pharmacy. Great people and always will help you figure out your perscriptions. It does appear that they need help, maybe a couple more employees? They are great though. Thank you, Dave
