False advertisement. The first week my dad was there, he was on the right side is the nursing home. On the right side is the nursing home, everything is clean & new, and the attendants there are very courteous & attentive. Once we signed the papers for my dad to stay there, they all of a sudden transfer him to the left side of nursing home. The left side of nursing home is awful. People there have to share a room, sometimes there is 3 people to one room. The rooms are tiny & there is a shortage of attendees. The staff there is unprofessional and can be quite rude. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's awful. The worst nursing home I've ever visited. Before you put your loved one there, make sure to check out the entire facility. Savannah-a few great nurses who genuinely love their job and their patients, hard working women who do it for love. Not thrilled with the cleanliness however I did see many people deep cleaning a few times a week. Suppose its just an older building and looks ran down. I think a lot of staff is just there for the paycheck. I remember one lady asking me to get her nurse because she had to void. I mentioned to another nurse/CNA and was told the nurse would be by for me not to worry. Meanwhile the lady voided and had to be cleaned up. I don't know if there is a policy against helping other patients who are under another nurse's care but I thought that was harsh and showed no compassion. My only real complaint is that I have repeatedly tried contacting billing as I have been receiving a bill fo

My sister stayed there one day, she called me to come get her . Says she screamed all night for help and nobody came and they finally did, they told her no, they didn’t help, my niece/ her daughter fly from California to get here out.she called begging us to come get her bc nobody ever came to help her.
