UNC Pharmacy at Panther Creek

I felt that I had to write a review about the wonderful customer service that I received from this pharmacy today. First let me mention that I was frantic. I needed a prescription refill and had called several pharmacies to be told that the medication was on back order. I finally contacted this facility and they had the medication that I needed. Megan, the pharmacist per my request contacted my primary pharmacy to get them to send her the prescription. Talking about providing great customer service!!! This is just a prime example of excellent customer service… Becky, I think was the name of the other staff member that did so much to assist me. I can’t thank you both enough. I have never been much for reviews but this was much needed. The two lovely ladies that work this pharmacy are a delight. They knew my name after the first visit. Even when I had not been there in months I get greeted by name. Besides their keen memories they give out the best customer care. If you have a prescription issue they help you solve it instead of dragging you through the hassle of talking to the doctors office. Their workflow is flawless and it appears that they have worked together for many years. These ladies are two peas in a pod, the Yin and the Yang, and a dynamic duo If you want fast friendly service come see the best! You guys really are the greatest

Had labs done a few moments ago...decided to stop by the pharmacy inside on my way out. I'm prego, so I decided on some much craved chocolate. Took my time getting 2 bars and a water bc the "pharmacist" or cashier (whatever the title) was engaged in a convo with another customer after ringing her out. Well, I stood there waiting to be checked out and a woman with shoulder length, strawberry blonde hair and glasses continues to engage in her personal convo while I wait. Rude as ever...didn't acknowledge me AT ALL! No "I'll be right with you", "hello"...nothing! The old me would have went off, only I decided to slowly put my things back and walk out before I said anything ugly to her. They don't EVER have to worry about me using their store during my entire pregnancy! I choose to keep walkin
