UNC Health Southeastern

I found myself with an unexpected ED visit on Sunday morning. From Check-In to Triage to being taken to a bed to my patient care. SUPERB! This was my 3rd ED visit within the past 5 months for either myself or family members. All visits SUPERB! We could not have asked to have been given any better care. Lots of times UNC Southeastern gets a bad rap about the Health Care they provide. Every time we have needed them they’ve provided excellent medical care. No complaints! If and when an ED visit should be needed, UNC Southeastern will always be my 1st Choice.

Well, I was contemplating on leaving this but I really want the this hospital to know that as a daughter watching my parents go thru the inconsideration of the medical staff that is taking care of my dad is awful. He was getting discharged sat, but then a stop was put to it because they wanted to send him home in a life vest and was told could not leave till he got it but was not told about this life vest the whole time he was there till he got discharged, the cardiologist never came back by and talked to them mom said some lady said he needed it and nothing more i understand that is was the weekend and not much gets done. But this case worker called my mom Sat around 11 that morning and told here she was getting in touch with this company to get things rolling aboutt getting someone ther

This is literally the worst hospital I've ever been. There were a few people that actually did their jobs and were pleasant and a great help. Others not so much and there's too much of that in this place. I will never recommend this hospital to anybody not family not friends not even strangers. Go elsewhere and beware!

If it was possible to leave no stars , I would. My mom went By ambulance like 12am in the morning And when I get there she is sitting in the lobby in Severe pain. Didn't get called back for treatment until 5:35 am. Was there for the next shift of nurses to get a nurse who didn't even introduce herself Just came in and wrote her name on the board and that was it.And we didn't leave until 11 somthiing almost 12 hours spend at the hospital.There were people who had been Sitting in the lobby since 6:00pm Sunday Who didn't get called back until like 2:30 in the morning. People were getting very angry and kept going to the triage door.One young lady was in so much pain.She kept going to the triage door, She told the nurse she felt like she was dying.She was in so much pain The nurse told her

My finance was having a heart attack and the lady at the first counter was being so inconsiderate. Honestly why work at a HOSPITAL if you're rude and disrespectful. 4 stars because the doctors and nurses were above and beyond. Lady at the 2nd counter as well, loved her kindness.
