I hate that this place never answers the phone. To make an appointment you have to come to the place.

IS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THE UNPROFESSIONALISM THAT THE PERSONNEL FROM THIS LOCATION PROVIDES TO THERE PATIENCE.THEY RATHER BE CHATTING, TALKING ABOUT NONSENSE THINGS INSTEAD OF BEING ASSISTANT THE PATIENCE

I thought the other 1 star reviews were fake. But I called around 20 times. They never pick up. How am I supposed to make an appointment if they don't answer. So now I have to go to the hood just to make an appointment in person because they don't answer. I'm gonna give a call to my insurance to why I'm being sent to this place. Maybe I can be referred to somewhere else. This is a place you should avoid.

First, phones don't work and they know this. I walked in and about phones, they said not working for awhile and ask if I had an appointment.She just Said phones aren't working how would I call. Went in at 7:45 in the morning to see if they would take me said give me your number we'll call you for your appointment

If you can avoid this location I would at all cost, getting anyone on the phone to schedule an appt is difficult and once you get through you will hold for 30 minutes+ and yes they will hang up on you after waiting for that long, the first time I brushed off as an anomaly...its not. If you have an appt you will still wait an hour +.
