Poor answering system. Can't schedule an appointment due to the long wait to speak with a operator.

Very organized. They will guide you to the right office. But doesn't mean they're going to help you. You have to have insurance. And if you don't, you are going to wait 2 to 3 months to see a doctor. All the nice people are outside guiding everyone. All the hard nosed mean people that turn you away are inside. Reminding you this is not a free facility. I said I was willing to pay out of pocket. But no! You're treated like a third class citizen. And my appointment is still set for June. Even tho I went in march.
