UMC Urgent Care at KingsPark

** In response to the generic response to my review. Words are just that, words. If what you say is true, that would shine through in the care given to patients. There would be no words needed. Again, my 23 year old almost lost her life because NOTHING was done for her at this clinic. You could tell by simply looking at her that she was extremely sick. 19 days in the hospital...Also, I did call on Thursday and asked to speak to the administrator. I was told no one was available and I would get a return call the first thing on Friday morning. Surprise, surprise, no call on Friday. I called again on Monday morning and asked to speak to an administrator and got the assistant manager that showed zero empathy, concern, or knowledge of any policy in that clinic. Everyone is friendly, wait time is less than any place I have been. My children liked their Nurse and their New doctor. Environment was clean and pictures on the wall were kid friendly and excellent photography. We love this place in general.

2nd time I have tried to receive care with rude receptionists giving little concern or empathy for their limited availability. It’s not an “urgent” care. There was 1 person in the waiting room at 2:45pm and was told the first appointment was 8:30pm due to online appointments. It’s not a UMC issue because the urgent care on slide and 114th is amazing. Kingsgate has gone downhill and I do not recommend them. As a UMC employee, I was embarrassed how little they uphold UMC’s standards of consideration and care.

UMC KingsPark is my go to place when I have a medical emergency. From a sinus infection to a broken toe, they will get you in, in a very timely manner. They are courteous, compassionate, very knowledgeable and take the time necessary to explain any concerns or issues that you may have. I definitely recommend them for your medical needs!!

I made an appointment and was seen very quickly and the provider was soooo sweet. Loved Madalynn! Will definitely be back if anymore sickness comes.
