Customer Reviews
My sister and cousin are currently patients here and the service is horrible. My sister and cousin survived falling over a cliff into a canyon and the service they are experiencing in this hospital is just as traumatizing as that. You should be on top of supporting your patients and making sure their healing progress is comfortable and supportive. Instead you are torturing them with your laziness and disregard for Healthcare protocols! Your day staff on 01/28/2026 should all be reported to the board of health and lose their licenses for their abuse and abandonment of these patients. Calling for a nurse is pointless they ignore all signals. Even when you go to the nurses station, no care or sense of urgency. Instead of the day staff providing medicine when requested they did not and left it
Nobody wants to go to the hospital, but during a recent family emergency, the staff at UMC trauma center came through. I rushed to check on a loved one and then had to leave them to go get items from their house. When I returned, my relative was in good spirits and said the nurses were knowledgeable and kind. Despite the difficult situation, I’m happy they were there being cared for. I took a break in the cafeteria and the lunch staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was surprisingly good too! I hope to never be back to this location, considering the reason people come here, but if I have to, I feel like I’ll be in good hands.
The emergency room and ICU actually saved my life here. I had a seizure and stopped breathing but the team here brought me back and after some recovery I was able to go home. Every single staff member was caring and dedicated to their job. Thank you Nurses Humphrey and Valerie, and everyone else that helped me.
I explained to them that I might needed a c-section because I felt something was wrong they didn't listen to me and told me to give birth vaginally and their were complications My placenta got stuck on my uterus and they kept pulling on it. The umbilical cord got separated from my placenta and they had to surgically remove the placenta and membrane they were arms deep inside of me which damaged my body significantly. After birth I was in extreme pain and kept telling my nurses that something was wrong and none of them listened to me and told me that it was normal. I asked for pain medication and was denied a couple of times and i was given it some times and when I asked for it again I was met with attitude and judgment. After I left the hospital I went home and was still in extreme pain I
I had the best experience, every person i encountered was very pleasant, explained everything, followed thru with my treatment in a timely manner and I was home! I understand this may not be everyone’s experience, but it was mine!Hands down one of the best hospital, I have encountered! Staff doctors and nurses down to the technicians!
