UMC Quick Care - Spring Valley

Before checkin, I have a happy confirmation with A lady by call cs no., she is professional to study my appointment case and my insurance policy. And confirmed that no copay for my annual checkup this time, but I still experienced an unhappy checkin, another lady requested me to pay $35 because I was a new patient and she was not patient to my questions. And I have no choice at all and paid. I called again cs number , fortunately it is the lady again, she helped to communicate with the office who requested me to pay. Finally the office said that they would refund if it is unreasonable. Today I got the refund after almost one and half months . Thanks for your customer service team. Thanks for your help us as a new patient. You are great!

Helpful staff. Short wait. No appointment needed. Clean facility. Highly recommend. While traveling from out of state for work, I needed some quick medical care and was recommended by a local to visit UMC Quick Care. I was so glad I took the recommendation. They were very welcoming, patient, and calm. I was checked in quickly and had a very short wait before I was seen. The staff members I encountered (Ceale AR, Cecille RN, and Dr Zarrini) were friendly and good listeners and they knew exactly what to do. I was in and out within an hour, feeling much better. Nurse Cecille was so personable and funny, which really helped take the anxiety out of my visit. Big thanks to them all for their care!

The front desk women who answered the phone today, I believe Danika was very rude. I called to ask about x-rays as my obgyn recommended me to a quick care to get them done as my birth control cannot be felt, and she kept explaining to me about the doctors needing to order it. I understand that, but im asking if you would be able to do it. She spoke to me like I was a toddler.

This place is the best. Yesterday we went to CareNow, it's totally different (no star for them). UMC staff are very nice and kindly no one moody at all. We came at 6:30pm and Doctor came in to see and diagnosis my husband finished around 6:50 pm. This never happened at any urgent care we had visited. Thank you very much to every staff and doctor here. I will tell all my friends and family to visit this place. UMC, you are the best😊🙌🫶

Cecille RN, Maryann LPN. CECE , WERE ALL AMAZING. Great amazing energy made me feel so comfortable. I came in couldn't hear and not i hear all the birds chirping in the morning haha. Thanks guys will be going here whenever need any medical help! The doctor was also very professional and extremely helpful! Thank you to all the team!
