UMC Quick Care - Peccole Ranch

I cannot praise this staff enough. Denise checked me in and was so friendly and nice. Judi did my vitals and very very nice and efficient. The X-ray girl (sorry I didn't get name) was again very nice and the doctor was so nice polite knowledgeable listen to me and was empathetic. The male who brought me my check out paper work was so nice and friendly. This place truly amazed me. What a great visit to an urgent care facility . Outstanding.

I read many of these reviews before posting my own opinions. After twenty minutes past our appointment time for primary care. We approached the front desk and was notified that there's still one more patient before us to see the DR. So we got taken back about 35 minutes past appointment time. Jasmine the medical assistant was great. Good person, caring. Their scale for weighing patients was 34 pounds different then the one we use everyday. Her weight was never rechecked. The experience with Dr.Panner was very poor medical treatment. No bedside manner. Doesn't really care. She never checked the things doctors are supposed to do. Never listened to heart or lungs. No eye, ear, or nose check. Didn't check her feet. Wasn't concerned about the weight my sis added due to pain from her arthritis.

I love coming to this quick care. No matter what time I go it’s fast and a great experience even when I feel the worst I ever have. Nikia on the Fort Apache location is the best registration lady I have ever met and she is very great at her job. She makes small talk helps you with the paperwork and explains everything to you. She understood all my converses and helped me through the process smoothly. UMC is lucky to have such a great employee

I rushed my baby in for high fever. I was taken in by nurse Virginia she was slurring and mumbling her words. She seemed under the influence. With my newborns symptoms I was prompted to get to the hospital for better care. As I was being discharged & putting my Google maps in, nurse Virginia threatened me twice that if I didn’t go she would call CPS & that she would check in a hour if I was there. All while wasting my time in my urgent matter. I was confused as to why she said that out of the blue. She began to ask weird questions, but again I couldn’t really understand what she was saying. Not only that I later found out she put incorrect information in my chief complaint after I corrected her twice. I never had a problem & love the staff here until being taken in by her.

I went here with an injury and was seen promptly and kindly and professionally. The receptionist Lisa was kind and listened to me and eased our concerns. Dr. Hansen was also kind and professional, as was the x ray tech. We came in, were seen by the nurse, the doctor twice, and got an X-ray, all in about an hour and a half. We were very satisfied with our experience. Also, this place takes workman's comp if you are having a work medical issue.
