UMC Quick Care - Enterprise

On a recent visit to the Sunset location of UMC Quickcare, I had an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. This includes the admission reps, Monica and Myrna, as well as our triage nurse, Chris, and our doctor, Dr. David Wynn. We are incredibly appreciative for the great service and kindness shown!

I went to UMC Quick Care on December 15 at the Wheeler location. After signing in through the kiosk, I was quickly called to the window by Robin. When I told Robin that I was my concerns, she was immediately sincere, compassionate, and supportive. She took the time to help me fill out my Workers’ Compensation paperwork and made sure everything was handled correctly. When I checked out, I saw Robin again, and she went above and beyond by making copies of the paperwork I needed for work. She was extremely informative, kind, and patient throughout the entire process, which meant a lot to me. I also met with Dr. Kane, who listened as I shared my story. He was compassionate, understanding, and truly present. He even gave me a hug during a difficult part of my story, which I will never forget

Wait times are CRAZY paid at 11:30 am and was not called in. It was so hot in this location I began to become flustered I ended up leaving at 1:30 pm. Went down the street to Care now Urgent care where the care is urgent. I will never go to UMC quick care again waste of time, I promise! Hope there is no issues with my refund.

Absolutely pointless and terrible treatment. Staff were completely rude. The doctor was dressed like a rodeo clown and rude. Total time at the clinic was 4 hours. Just to be given a quick prescription for antibiotics.

Nurses and admiration staff were very pleasant but the doctor, Michael Kane had the worse bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. If you look, there’s many reviews with the same experience as me. I took my elderly aunt in and he wouldn’t even examine her. Just said it was over his head and go somewhere else. Condescending, judgmental and rude. I told him it’s not what he said it’s how he said it and he proceeded with it “I’m not here to make friends, I’m here to help people.” It costs $0 to be kind, sir.
