I arrived at 9:10 on a Sunday. (They open at 9:00). Upon requesting a walk-in I was told they were not accepting walk-ins and I would have to wait for an appointment. I drove 30 min from rural west texas to recieve care and cannot wait around 6 hours in Lubbock. If the clinic cannot accept walk-ins they should stop advertising that they can.

They treated my Veteran step father with disrespect. Lied about walk in policy. Spent 4 hours irrigating one ear and it didn't even work. Just letting everyone know.

Rude and ugly sat in waiting riom for half an hour with no answer on what was going on. They were apparently on the phone verifying insurance. My family has come here for a long time never been this way ever new staff is awful.

Absolutely nothing Urgent about this place. If you need any sort of help within the next 3 hours I would suggest you go somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by the check in time stating there is a 15 minute wait. That’s not correct at all. It should say 15 hour wait instead.

Wonderful family health clinic. It is attached to an urgent care, but the health clinic side is great. They're very accommodating, and take good care of their patients. They are only open Monday - Thursday, which can sometimes be inconvenient. But the staff is lovely, and great Dr and PA.
