UMC Family Medicine at Milwaukee

**Do not deal with thi UMC Family Medicine Clinic*** Very condescending front office staff when attempt to schedule appt. Told them 3 times what insurance we have. They asked for information not even on the card. Informed them the insurance provided their name and number as being in network but the front desk ststes im sorry we don't except that insurance and they 1st stated they did. Asked for a Supervisor told they have no reason to be involved, unfortunately it slopes when you are extremely rude and not listening, very unprofessional!!

Poor services rude staff i saw a old man try to get services and made false claims and showed discrimination because he was asking questions. Don't waste your time. I've reported this locations to federal government agencies.

Dr. Montgomery and her staff are amazing. Always very professional and helpful. I've been bringing my Dad for the last 4 years and Dr. Montgomery is attentive and gives feedback on assessing my Dad. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, last time I took him in, I need sum paperwork for my fathers provider and my work. Tori and Arizona went above and beyond, to have fourms completed and sent.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at UMC Family Medicine (Milwaukee location), specifically with Dr. Wallace. I went in for a visit hoping to get a prescription refill based on lab work. I was told the lab results would take three business days, which I accepted, even though I had already run out of my medication and was feeling unwell. After waiting several days without any update, I called to check on the status. The nurse told me that, according to their rules, it takes another 3–5 business days for the doctor to even review the lab results before issuing a prescription. I expressed my frustration and told the nurse this was a terrible experience—because it truly was. I was sick, without medication, and still being asked to wait several more days. Highly recommend! Staff and doctor were amazing. Clean , efficient , addressed all of my concerns , were polite and respectful. No reason to stay away from the doctors office anymore . Thank you !
