UMC East Emergency Department

It was somewhat of a wait but the staff were super attentive and Dr. was awesome. Pleasantly, explained issues and took her time to make sure i understood. I will return, great experience.

Doctors are inattentive, don't listen and rush through seeing you. It's a er and gets very busy but they don't even take the time to hear your concerns and don't do anything when tests come back abnormal. I was given medication and was discharged without any symptom resolution. I will be utilizing a different umc location for my family from now on to recieve better care.

Receptionist was very rude, and un- sympathetic. My wife was in extreme pain, and was made to wait 4 hours before the doctor would see her!!! They were taking people in, that signed in after her. Receptionist seemed very uneducated, and really needs to work on her people skills!!!! DONT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE!!!!

Only go here if you sprain your ankle. Save yourself the stress and go to an actual hospital for anything more serious. Some of the doctors there need to take some time to evaluate their patients more thoroughly.

They work very fast and very helpful. Work with people to translate languages and answered all our questions without rushing us.
