UMC Children's Hospital

My daughter is currently admitted here since last night 2/24/2026 I can’t say we’re having the best experience. This morning doctor is great, answered question and is trying for all the T’s. So far only her and her team knocked came in and announced who they are. This morning my daughter has CNA Jessica who softly knocks walks in and does even announce who she is. Took my daughter vitals don’t even let my daughter know what she was doing. My daughter is 17 she can comprehend. Myself being a CNA I love my job and what I do. I know when knocking on door you’re supposed to introduce yourself and announce what you’ll be doing. This CNA Jessica’s certainly not people friendly and wasn’t pleased when I asked her name and told her how she’s supposed to introduce herself and let my daughter know w

My 14 month old daughter had a pretty bad slip and fall and my experience at UMC Peds ER was really reassuring. From the thorough triage experience with RN Gabby, we were roomed right away. Dr. Norozian preformed a detailed and developementally appropriate exam and I felt so reassured. She made sure to answer all my questions and concerns and made sure we got appropriate medical care. We even got seen by a second doctor, Dr. Shah who also preformed a close exam. I will always take my child to UMC when I have the choice and trust the staff completely

Back in 2018, children's umc was the first drs to tell me what was best for my son with all honesty and not just for a pay rate. Alot of these drs offices mislead you into believing they have treatment by prescribing medicine all the time, but it was children's umc who recommended my son visit specialist at children's hospital los angeles for my son to get the real help he needed. For 9 years drs pumped my son up with meds and steroids since 10 months old, the second I went to Los Angeles children's hospital my son got all the care he needed. Speech therapy references, lung specialist, he was diagnosed with sleep apnea and received alot of tests to get the proper treatments he needed. Fast forward, we returned to las vegas in 2022 and still...umc children's hospital is my number 1 go to

Had to take my 11y/o to the ER last night and was very delighted with the service we received at UMC. The doctors and the nurses were very nice and attentive. Orders were carried out efficiently (my daughter has Sickle Cell Anemia so there are lots of things to consider when caring for her) and we were surprisingly in and out pretty quick with no stones left unturned. I would definitely trust them with her care if needed again.

My mom took me here after I went to a church event cause I woke up hours later throwing up my stomach acid and able to keep water free down I Stayed there for about 4 or 5 or 6 hours and I believe it was from the donuts I ate at the church event but I’m doing much better now it was sometime in December a couple weeks before Christmas I believe or a couple of days I went Christmas singing knocking on peoples doors but now I’m doing much better Ty UMC
