I'm so grateful for every staff member I encountered during my short stay here... from transport to the nurses and every imaging and lab tech I had the plyof meeting, the experience was great ⭐ Special thanks to the kitchen/cafeteria, they put a lot into the menu and at times I felt like I wasn't eating hospital food.

Getting in touch with someone over the phone is Extremely Difficult too many different phone numbers you literally play phone tag being sent to different departments it's outrageous I already have a brain injury and get multiple headaches calling This place. When visiting it's a Maze going to this hospital, and also a mind game maze in our heads on the Phone.

I’ve been going here for myself, to see a few different doctors, since I was a teen. One retired, and she was the most amazing doctor! Then, my daughter went here for pediatric care. The good outweighs the bad, here. Although I came to the ER a couple times after suffering some seizures. I heard the ER doctor say something to the effect of “she’s faking them.” You can’t fake a seizure. But, whatever floats his boat and makes him feel good about himself. My daughter’s PCP is amazing! Dr. Michael Hirsh, I feel saved my newborn daughter! He performed surgery on her at 4 days old and was at the pediatric office to make sure she was healing properly. He is a wonderful doctor!

My husband Dennis was recently in 6ICU at UMass University Campus. I want to thank the entire staff for the care that was given to him. Special thanks go to RN’s Sonja and Melanie D. Both went above and beyond to make sure his medical needs were met and he was as comfortable as one can be in a hospital. Both were very professional while being extremely pleasant. Both my husband and I have been hospitalized several times in the past and are very aware that this is not always the case. Both should be commended. Thank you.

Why have a phone number nobody can call it's a great hospital but can get in contact with loved ones
