UMass Memorial Medical Center - Prescription Center Pharmacy

Dear, Manager I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding my experience with your pharmacy today, March 6th. I attempted to call four separate times to check on my prescriptions, and on each occasion, the call was disconnected. This repeated lack of professional courtesy is concerning, as I believe the public should be treated with basic respect and dignity. I will attempt to call again to resolve my original inquiry, but I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so that it can be addressed with your staff. I was hung up on 4 times. Best regards,

The ACC Pharmacy staff are incredibly helpful. All questions are answered. Follow-up phone calls are made to check-in with the patient. All necessary materials are provided. Staff return calls very promptly and are very supportive.

Every time I come the experience gets worse. The staff are amazing but the hospital and it's extra steps, impossible parking, and now three extra COVID screening steps (and front desk staff misdirecting me) I'm done with this place

More like 4 and ⅔ stars, for: 1.) closing at 7pm (5pm on weekends) 2.) not being straight forward to find - it’s inside the medical center, no real signage to indicate where, and there is no real parking right next to the entrance. Additionally, although this is fyi, not something that I’d take stars off for: if using Apple Maps be aware it could route you to the back end of the medical building, and public entrance is only from one side; and it’s not a situation where you can just walk to the front of the building by going around, it’s a back to the car drive around type of situation. THEREFORE: if this is your first time going - don’t leave it until the last minute; even if it’s not the first time, an additional 15 minute cushion if you’re the go-at-the-last-moment type of person. This is terrible pharmacy. Nasty, Rude, unprofessional Staff. They Hate people also Hate their Job. Hours of operation terrible. No free parking, long wait times. Not enough medication in Stock. I would have given it - 5 Stars. Have no choice all the pharmacies SUCKS. People who are not Healthy Living on prescriptions should not be treated like Rubbish. I wish I could find out the Director, VP, President. Someone who is in a office in the hospital to talk with. These people should work in the back at McDonalds cooking food. So they don't have to deal with people. #Sad
