I spent a month in this hospital after delivering my twins. They stayed in the NICU, and I had preeclampsia. I don’t have words to explain how good this staff was for me. Every single moment , they made me feel so comfortably. The nurses are amazing. Of course, (on some shifts ) they are not very friendly , but most of them are amazing! At the NICU, they are angels. They take care os my babies with so much love and kindness. If you are pregnant and going to deliver your baby here , go forward and don’t be afraid !!!
Recently visited for a major surgical procedure and let me tell you, every staff member was exceptional!! Great personalities, awesome sense of humor, and were so polite. I wish I could remember their names but what a wonderful group of people here! I am so glad I came to this hospital. They made me feel at home and took away the worry of such a stressful procedure. They were professional and caring. I truly had a fantastic experience given the circumstances. I had visited this hospital in the past (roughly 4 years ago) for a similar procedure and also had a wonderful experience. Love this hospital!
Maternity department needs to work on being nice and respectful to their patients and making them feel comfortable and listen to what they have to say, and not rush them just to get to the next patient. And receptionists at the OBGYN department are extremely rude, and needs to work on manners and making sure patients feel welcome and comfortable.
My experience here was nothing short of amazing. I came here under the premise I would be here only a few hours and ended up being admitted and staying 6 days and 5 nights. I got extremely unexpected news, being 5 months pregnant and told I'd have to get a serious surgery (unrelated to pregnancy). This was the scariest thing I had ever experienced in my adult life. I can only speak from my own experience but all the staff and nurses treated me exceptionally well and took my case very seriously. I was happy to be discharged but the care I received was so great that I wouldn't have minded if I needed to stay an extra few days. I was given a very nice vase of flowers when I got discharged and I am so grateful to my surgeon and the nurses and every team that worked hard to make sure me and
1. If you're looking for a fast fix go to urgent care. If you're not actively dying you're not seeing a doctor fast. The two times I've been to the emergency room here I went for deep cuts (the wait was around 8pm-1am) and both times I saw an old man/ old woman complain about the wait when they came by for an itchy throat (which from the sounds of it a lot of the one star reviews here are these kinds of people). If that sounds like something you'd do, grow up and act like an adult. Emergency rooms are for any medical problem anytime but have always and will always prioritize based on the severity of injury not when you come in. Your discomfort does not entitle you to go before the guy with the broken leg or child with a high fever. 2. Every nurse and doctor I've met here was nothing but k
