UMass Memorial Medical Center Dermatology Services

I tried rescheduling my appointment. My new insurance was not active yet. I was denied care for no health insurance, . Now they denied my prescription refill. Pathetic and sad.

Never answer the phone! Never call you the day before to confirm appointments or reschedule missed ones

I love my dermatologist, however, the only time I can see her is for my annual check up. You cannot get appointments for an issue that may arise prior to scheduled exam. I was told I had to wait 5 months. When my appointment time came, she was out of the office and they said I had to wait another 5 months!

Went to urgent care with a weird rash on both my legs on January 21. First available appointment would be April 29. If I still have this rash by then; it will be much more severe! Lack of availability makes this place useless to me.

I have had changing and reoccurring dermatology issues for near 8 years. I see a PA in Westborough that is fabulous, but when my symptoms went beyond her expertise, I was scheduled with Dr. Fnu Nutan. Appalling experience. I found her unprofessional and unpleasant. The one star is for her. My PA and front office in WEstborough are fabulous so do not ascribe that one star to them. Dr Nutan talked down to me, a 76 year old educated and experienced with my own dermatological issues patient dealing with these issues for 8-10 years. I was given no credit for my understanding or description of my skin history. She rarely looked me in the eye or at me at all.
