UMass Memorial Hahnemann Family Health Center

My PCP is here and she is honestly the best. Would not change her for the world. The nurses here are very kind and actually remember you. Very friendly and genuinely caring team.

I've been here on different occasions and have been treated very professionally. There is always parking available in the big parking lot across the street for a small fee. The small one right in front of this medical center is always full. Their mammogram clinic and their lab services are managed by wonderful women. I was apprehensive about both procedures but once there they explained everything. Highly recommend.

Wife had an appointment for a physical at 9:30am, didnt even see a doctor until 11:00am. Dont go here unless you want to wait a long time to see anyone. Wasnt even busy either. Unacceptable!

Would be 5stars but I've had some bad experience here and the parking is horrible, Parking is always horrible. Shouldn't have to pay if your a patient, they should validate the ticket for you. Dermatology department is horrible and wait time was more than an hour after my appointment. Pam the nurse (surgery) was a sweetheart and respectful and helped me when I needed it. Nate belt(anesthesiologist) was very respectful and had amazing bedside manners and helped with all the questions asked. Cute too! Dr Michael brown is amazing! I would recommend him to anyone who asks. He calls the next day to follow up and check on you to see how your recovering from surgery etc. very respectful!!!

The Hahnemann clinic is the best medical practice I've ever been to. Dr. Vincent goes above and beyond helping me with whatever medical concerns I have quickly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vincent, the staff and the other specialists who are in the practice.
