Ultrasound & Mammography Associates

I had several annual visits that were covered by my insurance. This year I had a visit and the billing department sent my insurance the incorrect codes and I received a bill. I called them to ask what happened because the visit was the same as previous years. I was told to contact my insurance company. I did and they submitted the claim. After several months, I received a collection bill. I will not be going back to this facility ever again.

DO NOT GO THERE 200 dollars, and they put me in a spare room, and they FORGOT ABOUT ME. I had the mammogram, and after I went to another room for the sonogram.They told me to wait for 10 minutes. After 45 minutes I walked through an empty office and finally found 2 nurses having lunch. I asked where Dr. Chon. was. one nurse asked me "where do you come from", because they didn't remember I was there. The doctor yelled from the door that she would have come when she would have finished. I am almost 60 years old, and no doctor ever forgot about a client in a spare room. No apologies from Dr. Chon . The office is so bad that it is almost funny PS. The positive review you see here is written by Jessica Chon. She wrote a positive review herself, and didn't even bother to change her name. Yo

Dr Cohn is an outstanding radiologist who specializes in mammography. She diagnosed a tiny cancer recently on me that was missed on a recent mammogram performed elsewhere.

Rude- I was trying to make an appointment and the lady was not helping me. Went somewhere else
