Love the pharmacy. All staff are very friendly and helpful!

Some of, if not the best customer service I’ve ever been helped with. The team truly went above and beyond in my best interest and I’m thankful for how great they are.

Very mixed results. The delivery option is a great convenience, but the customer service is severely lacking. I was sent to this pharmacy by my doctor as they carry a greater selection. First prescription they kept insisting was covered by my insurance and that I owed money - BIG REVEAL: It was not covered by insurance and they lied. Second prescription was ordered on Nov. 29th with estimated delivery date of Dec. 3rd. I called on Dec. 10th as I had still not gotten it and was told they were out and will deliver later in the week. They claimed they sent a message about it, but I have gotten no calls, no texts, no emails and no updates in their app about status. At least this time they ran insurance properly and its covered, but we'll see if I ever actually get it. UPDATE: they finally d

These people are amazing! They jump through hoops for their customers. They really care about our health and safety. I have never had such a wonderful experience of personalized service. A friend needed an emergency Insulin prescription and they bent over backward to help this friend. These are really nice people. Thanks Ultra Care and God bless you! You are life savers!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. It took multiple phone calls just for them to get the order in correctly. Then they called back another time to tell me it’ll take another day to deliver it because “they have to make the prescription.” I finally get it and it seems fine at last. Then I check my bank account only to find I was charged almost $50 when I have Medicaid and was directly told by the pharmacy I’d only be charged $1. I call them about this and they tell me that I’m lying and it’s been two weeks already and that the cashier told me how much it cost. He told me it cost $1..and I got it two days ago..I will never use this pharmacy again and don’t recommend it to anyone. They will scam you and accuse you of lying.
