Ultimate Smile Design

My husband and I have been going to Ultimate Smile Design for over 5 years. Dr Millingen and her staff are awesome. They treat you like family. Everyone from the front desk, Carmen, Rita and Danielle to ALL the hygienists and Dr Millingen are wonderful. They are very professional and meticulous. The office is very clean and calm. They take their time with each patient and never make you feel rushed. We no longer dread going to the dentist!

So I broke a tooth but I needed a new Dentist anyway. I found Ultimate Smile after a search and knew I needed to call just to see if they were taking new patients. I called, they were accepting new patients with appointments available a couple of months out. I politely asked if they new of someone that could handle my emergency broken tooth and they offered a next day appointment. Saw Dr. Thillet, made a plan for the tooth and it'll be fixed in less than a week. Great service, close by and value customer care first. My kind of place. Thanks Ultimate Smile !

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Millingen and her amazing staff (shout out to Carmen, Danielle, Kiara, Karine, and Tammy)! Going to the dentist can be stressful, but the team here makes you feel comfortable and at ease immediately. Dr. Millingen is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time. If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares about your dental health and comfort, look no further!

I've never been to an office quite like this before. Its calm, inviting and very clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. You are informed step by step, never feel rushed and good music that puts you at ease. Even on the way out, you can grab fresh, warm cookies, tea, or water. Wonderful experience and you will not be disappointed!

I am new to Palm Bay and was extremely nervous to find a new dentist. I literally went off Google reviews, which led me Ultimate Smile Design. Rarely do you see such high reviews for dentists, so I chose them. When I was seen for my new patient appointment, I have never felt such compassion from a dental team. The front office staff were phenomenal. Truly my hygienist Kiara was thorough and so kind and understanding and Dr. Millingen was gentle, understanding and authentically listened to me. I feel very blessed to have found this office! God new I needed this team. :)
