Very disappointing experience. I contacted Ulery Dental in Crofton to schedule an appointment and was told they no longer accept my dental insurance. I explained that I was more than willing to pay completely out of pocket, especially since I already have a separate dental office plan with them from when I didn’t have insurance. I was then told that it would be “insurance fraud” for me to be seen there simply because I have insurance they don’t accept!! This is not accurate. Paying out of pocket at an out-of-network provider is not insurance fraud, and I have done this at other dental offices without issue. The staff was extremely unhelpful and seemed to do everything possible to avoid scheduling me, despite my willingness to pay in full. No solutions were offered, and the conversation

I had a nightmare experience here today. First I had an 8:15 appointment for a deep clean and a filling. There was no communication that this would have me at the office from 8:15 to almost 1:00pm. My deep clean was done by 9… and I was told during the procedure that my filling wasn’t scheduled until 11…. When initially I was told it would occur at the same time. Pivot then I’m told my procedure could be moved up and I would be seen in the next 30’mins… so I waited and waited and waited never happened. Let’s pivot again. The dr who did my filling must be freshly out of school I’m assuming. It was the most uncomfortable dental procedure I’ve ever had. At times I felt he had no idea what he was doing. The dental assistant fell into me mid procedure…. I also shared that a tool being used

Dr. Uleey was amazing. I was treated as an emergency walk in. I have dental anxiety and both him and his team went over and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. The procedure went smoothly.

Worst dental office they broke a drill in my daughter s mouth during a filling that could have chocked her every time she has been there she has been in awful pain after then TODAY the Nasty receptionist had the nerve to accuse my daughter of trying to commit fraud by trying to pay out of pocket?!! I have NEVER heard of such a thing!!! This is America where you can pay out of pocket.actually we should call my Lawyer because my daughter has had problems ever since they broke a big drill in her mouth and tons of pieces almost slid down her throat.. This is actually my first time leaving a review, and it’s well-deserved! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. The reception area was inviting and clean, which immediately put me at ease. The entire team, from the front desk to the dental assistants, was attentive and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit. During my appointment for a filling, I didnt feel any discomfort, and it was completed in less than 2 minutes without feeling rushed.
