UK King's Daughters Family Pharmacy

Will not answer the phones. I've tried multiple times over the course of the last few days and it just clicks and then disconnects.

Both times I've had to call with a question the pharmacist s were dismissive and treated me as though I was something they had to deal with, generally unpleasant.

The experience was a pleasant one . Very nice people work there .

I went in to get my script after being in the ER. Ad I was just standing there and waiting for my script I had several people ask if I was in line. I simply answered and said that apparently they're taking their time on the 12 pills dispensed. And that they could go in front of me. The child at the counter starts jumping on me about this and when I asked to speak with the pharmacist they felt it was appropriate to call security on a terminally ill disabled person!!! It's people like that that are causing MILLIONS to suffer. They shouldn't even be allowed to practice after this. Legal complaints have been filed

I was in there today trying to get my medicine, and the pharmacists Micheal was completely rude to me. He was talking down to me like i was a 3 year old. He had to ask me 3 times what my name was and when another pharmacists asked him my first name, he turned around and said that he couldn't remember my first name in a rude tone of voice. He also told me that my medicine that got called in that morning wasn't in his system. But when my mother-in-law went in there 30 minutes after I did, my medicine was magically was in their system. I will not being going back to this pharmacy ever again until Micheal is no longer there.
