UK King's Daughters Dermatology

Very, very knowledgeable. I have had cancer in the past and Dr. Cooper found cancer on my face and pre-cancer elsewhere. I won’t go to anyone else.

Came 1 hr 14 min. drive to be early for appt.for 1:40 Receptionist said " You should be in real soon, so we go in and WAIT 30mins notify them if past time of appt.. when asked, Oh there's 2 other people before you before he's seen!! Contradicting what she told me when 1st arrived. IF PATIENT is late, you have to reschedule BUT its ok for them to make YOU wait and wait. ( BS ) Tells me we have 4 providers soooo what's the problem. 3 People

I am hoping to get a better experience the next time I have an appointment here. The people answering the phone, including nurses were not helpful, bad attitudes to the point of almost being rude, prescriptions were not sent, they did not call me back after leaving 3+ messages. Not the best costumer/patient service, they need to do better.

I saw Dr. Cooper many years ago and she was amazing! I have just told my dad to go see her because I loved her personality/bedside manner and her expertise in the field. I wish she was close to where I live now, I would absolutely choose her as my dermatologist for life! 💜

My son and I both have seen Dr Cooper as patients of hers. She's amazing! Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and she just makes you feel comfortable over all. She took great care of my 7 year old son. Treated him very well. I've had small procedures done in her office and she took great care of me in doing so. Talked to me the whole time and kept me comfortable. Her staff is great as well and they all honestly seem to really enjoy working there and working with Dr Cooper.
