UHealth Premier - Concierge Medicine

I joined this practice but really couldn't recommend them for anyone looking for concierge provider. I paid $4000 to join their concierge practice for a year - it promises 24/7 access to the Drs, a premier or executive annual physical, and a special online platform for communicating with the Drs. In reality, the Dr took 4 days to reply to simple medication requests, the annual physical seemed identical to every physical I've had before and the "special online platform" seems to be exactly the same one that everyone at UM health gets access to for free.
