UHealth Jackson Urgent Care | Coral Gables

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The nurse with the blue eyes was especially kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The male nurse was also excellent — very caring, knowledgeable, and patient. Both of them took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I understood everything clearly. I truly appreciate the level of care and compassion they showed. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience!

I had an absolutely excellent experience at this urgent care, from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and warm, and very helpful. She assisted me in completing the rest of the online registration process and at the end of the appointment checked in with me about how my appointment had gone and helped me locate the pharmacy where I needed to pick up my prescriptions. The nurse and doctor were similarly very caring and careful individuals who were good listeners. The doctor addressed my symptoms, explained her recommendations for medications, and completed my appointment. All this took a little under an hour. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the staff and the efficiency of this urgent care!

I hardly write reviews but after the care I received on Saturday, I had too.The entire staff was so kind and attentive. From the moment we walked in my daughter and I were greeted by Franco and he was fantastic. The nurses Katia, Yilsy & Paul (X-ray tech) were also amazing. Super friendly, attentive and overall great care. Dr. Granadillo was great too. Overall, the entire team at this location went above and beyond from the moment I stepped a foot through the door. I had a very positive experience at the Jackson Health Urgent Care in Coral Gables. The facility was clean, well organized, and the check-in process was efficient. The staff was professional and courteous throughout my visit. I would especially like to recognize Nurse Juan for his outstanding attention and care. He was kind, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain everything, which made the visit much more comfortable. His professionalism and compassion truly stood out. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received and would recommend this urgent care location to others.

Professional and responsive location. Vacationing from out of town and was having a slight heart issue. Everyone was great. Nurse and doctor didn’t waste time checking me out. And the doctor (sorry forgot his name) took the time to explain the ekg and everything else involved. Actually asked questions and showed genuine concern. Hopefully you don’t need it, but this would be the place to go if you did!
