We have had great experiences at this practice over time. Thank you to Dr. Cabezas for his excellent care and dedication, and especially to Donna Burres-Colee for her kindness and support. When my son needed an urgent appointment with an orthopedic specialist, Donna personally reached out to the orthopedic center and spoke on our behalf, helping us secure an appointment within the same week. We are truly grateful for the care, human touch, and dedication shown by the entire team, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Was. Seen by a nurse practitioner who seemed unsure of the diagnosis. Written a prescription for a cream that is only sold over the counter and not available. Went to the doctor and got a completely different diagnosis.

Had a great experience. The wait was about what you would expect for an urgent care. The lady at check in was very nice. I was seen by Jaclyn Wagner, PA, and she was very sweet. She actually listened to my concerns and gave me some great advice on things I can do at home instead of just pushing medicine on me. Will recommend this urgent care to everyone!

I visited the UFHealth clinic due to ongoing stomach issues after returning from a trip to Mexico. I had previously gone to a different ER clinic, but left without answers or treatment. I came to this clinic hoping to get a clearer diagnosis or at least some alternative medication to help manage the problem. I was assigned to "Dr. Mike" (Michael Jecen, PA) who was not really a Doctor, and unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely disappointing. From the moment he entered the room, his demeanor was dismissive and condescending. Rather than engaging in a proper evaluation or even asking questions about my symptoms and how they came about, he immediately questioned why I was there, saying in a stern tone, “You already went to another clinic, so what do you want me to do?” I found t
