UF Health Urgent Care Center - Eastside

Went there with granddaughter 1.5 hours before closing 2;30pm close at 4:00, got ran out because it was a Sunday afternoon 😕 and they kept giving us reasons not to see her , went to kids hospital off Archer Rd instead, rude people at urgent care.

First off, let’s start by saying you open late and close early and then another problem is how are y’all doctors and don’t want to do certain things. What’s the point of you being a doctor if you don’t wanna do certain things for your patient to make them feel better they come there because they feel bad and they’re asking and begging and crying for help but because you don’t feel comfortable doing something on a patient you want to send them somewhere else what is the point of you being a doctor and then to say that you don’t have certain machines to do the job is absurd it’s a hospital. How do you not have this machine? I just feel like if you’re gonna be a doctor, you should be willing to do all the things that your patient needs you to do if you can’t do that then you need to find a do

I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my visit! I felt that the medical staff were very thorough while trying to determine a diagnosis for my illness. Also, everyone that I encountered were very professional and friendly. This will definitely be my "go to" whenever the need arises!

This urgent care was extremely nice, professional, and clean. Dr. Black was especially incredible with his attention to detail and personable approach to care. I only waited a total of a couple of minutes to be seen. Would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Recommended my mother here today for vomiting, safe to say I will never recommend another person again after she was told they won’t do anything for her, to go to the ER despite it not being a life threatening situation, yelled at her and embarrassed her in front of the people sitting in the lobby. Hire people who actually want to do their job and be kind/caring and maybe you’ll do better for the next person!! Ridiculous.
