Absolutely the worst experience with any hospital we have ever been too. We arrived at 4pm with our 3 month old who had been running a 103 fever for almost an hour only to sit in the lobby for 4 hours while people were going back who had only been there for 20 or 30 minutes. We were told it went by when we were checked in and it didn’t make sense bc everyone there before us and a lot of people who came after us went back. We had to say something several times about it just to get told to be patient. They were supposed to take his temperature but never did so we had to do it ourselfs in the lobby after 4 hours. When we told them what his temp was they Finnaly took us back only to tell us they were not going to do any tests at all they assumed it was a respiratory infection but weren’t going

Serious Concerns with Feeding Protocol and Staff Communication My son has been experiencing oxygen desaturation when bottle feeding for the past three weeks. The medical team (doctor and occupational therapist) recommended using slow-flow nipples to help manage this. However, this critical recommendation was repeatedly ignored by some nurses: • A night nurse, only two days after the recommendation, used a very fast-flow nipple, causing my son to choke. • When questioned, she offered a series of unacceptable excuses, first stating she was "just doing what the day shift did," and then falsely claiming that slow-flow nipples were unavailable outside the hospital. The refusal to follow a doctor's order and the attempts to cover up the mistake are deeply concerning. Lack of Professionalism and

I absolutely love this hospital! We drive all the way from Tallahassee because they are worth the trip. The doctors, nurses, and the whole staff are amazing. My child has autism and is nonverbal, so there is a challenge when dealing with any issue. They are patient and willing to help find out what was wrong. The pediatric ER was busy, but we eventually we moved upstairs. My child loved the fries and the breakfast okay for hospital food.

Absolutely disgusting place to have to take your child. Employees are to worried about being on there phones and hanging out with one another. One day a spilled drink on the floor for over 2 hours is going to really cost this business.
