UF Health Radiology - The Oaks

I had a scan of the abdomen on 9/4/25 and the technician I believe his name is ryan and he has the most snobby nasty rude unprofessional attitude problem that I've ever encountered by anyone working in the medical field profession he's not a happy person he's bitter and cold-hearted a mean spirited individual.

They don’t answer the phone or return calls.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, the parking is so much easier than having to go to the main hospital, and the wait is minimal. Overall if you need a scan or radiology of any type completed the new facility is a great option.

They blew out one vain, couldn't find one in my other arm, then gave me an attitude about it because he couldn't do his job. Now I have to reschedule my CT scan because of their incompetence. If you can go anywhere else, DO IT!

I would rather give zero stars. This place is a joke. The techs don’t care about their patients and honestly I don’t think they know what they are doing. During the MRI they never gave the panic bulb, didn’t administer the contrast and then after 45 minutes said they got no information, would have to be redone. Do not recommend. Do not go here.
