UF Health Radiology - Shands Hospital

Today I went in for a CT and Nuclear ultrasound and when this one Lady was helping me off the CT she used the sheet and pulled me up that way. She pulled me up so fast my blood pressure was down and I was about to pass out! I already have stenosis in my back and my backbones are all messed up and my back cracked which caused more pain if I ever have to go do it again I won't be going there!

I want to sincerely thank the incredible MRI staff at Shands, located across from the pediatric ER, for the exceptional care they provided on 7/21. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, kind, and truly compassionate toward my daughter, who has Down syndrome. They went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable—giving her the chance to try the test independently, empowering her with confidence and dignity. When she ultimately needed her mama to come in with her to complete the procedure, they handled it with such respect—for both her and me. Their professionalism, patience, and empathy turned what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with trust and care. We are truly grateful.

They don’t ever pick up the phone. Been trying to call for days to schedule an appointment for my child.

Do yourself a favor and ask your doc for a generic referral and avoid even trying to schedule an MRI or CT scan. Look elsewhere. They are completely disfunctional.

ALL THESE NEGETIVE experienced you all have had my husband being treated for Cancer and the Radoligy team is amazing . MY HUSBAND had best care from Nurses and Doctors and every team that took care of him. They also treated me very well .I give them a 5 . THANKS EVERYONE 😊
