UF Health Professional Park

Went to to pick up medical records and whoever the lady is working the front desk is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. She is talking to every client extremely rude and even treating the person she is training so awful. This woman is a sad representation of UF and does not need to be working here. The amount of anger issues from this lady is very sad and she needs a attitude check. She must be miserable in her life to treat other people like this who are trying to pick up medical records for sick family members. SHAME ON YOU.

Confusing as to where each office is located because no type of directory with the information. We had to step inside one of the several buildings and ask. We were politely told how to find the office we needed. The place was clean and maintained. However we were told by someone in some type of security uniform, from across a parking lot loudly that there was no smoking on the property, that we would need to leave. I think that could have been handled much better.

Used to be a Gainesville landmark. I believe it was/is always referred to as the (old) Nationwide insurance building....

Very nice, well maintained building. Security was very helpful in directing us to where we needed to be.
