UF Health Pediatrics - Tower Square

The cleanliness standards are poor at best. Nurses and doctors don't wash there hands before handing your baby, the rooms are not cleaned very well. The paint in the rooms is chipped and fadded. Hippa laws are not enforced here. The walls are too thin for any kind of privacy. There is signs of water damage in our room. And when we first got here the doctor came in giving us advice on what to feed our kid without even checking to see how old she was or anything. Had the wrong chart in her hands and everything. No verification to insure they where talking to the right people.

I’ll never forget Stephanie Ryan getting upset and raising her voice with me because I told her I felt as if my child had allergies who’s now 6 and does have seasonal allergies at the time she was an infant though. Careful African Americans when choosing any caregiver for your child. Yes! I’m coming for everyone who ever came for me even in my most vulnerable times!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kelly Tran. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen. What stands out most is how understanding and respectful she is of different family values and belief systems — she creates a space where you feel heard and supported. Dr. Tran has such a warm, caring presence, and we’re very grateful to have her as our pediatrician. Highly recommend!

Went in for an allergist referral, and instead got an unsolicited activist style lecture on vaccinating - fully equipt with fear mongering. We were talked down to because we choose not to vaccinate and told that well check appts might change my mind on vaccinating - which is one reason among many that we don't do those... Given an elementary level spiel on how everything has a risk, like driving a car, and how vaccine reactions are "so rare." I was trying to be kind and non-confrontational with simply replying "ok" for everything she said, as it is a personal decision for each family and arguing never changes anyone's stance on matters. But when I had enough of the belittling - I disclosed that i had 2 vaccine-injured children and that is finally when the berating stopped. Really unprofess

We had an unfortunate incident while vacationing in Gainesville ~ My son fell and scraped his toe on concrete causing quite a wound. Since we were staying in a hotel, I did not have the necessary supplies to clean and bandage the injury. I was so thankful that the medical professionals here acted quickly to Xray and clean the wound. Nurse Jurrell also took the time to show me how to properly change the bandage. She was super thoughtful and did a great job to calm this very stressed mom. It was so nice to have such great healthcare professionals to help us so far from home. Dr. Hannah Jacob and Dr. Mary Patterson were also awesome! Even the valet host John was terrific! They helped us turn an awful experience into a manageable situation. Very grateful, indeed!
