UF Health Pediatrics - Magnolia Parke

Absolutely love this office! Recently called to schedule appointment for my babies and was informed that Humana changed the primary care physician and the front desk lady was so sweet and kind and explained the steps I needed to change it back to them. The front desk lady was super sweet. I wish I knew her name, but this office has been great for our family

Dr. Budania has taken excellent care of our child from day 1. She has gone above and beyond in multiple occasions to help our family, even in appropriate situations after hours to make sure we were all taken care of. Her experience has been proven trustworthy over and over again. I wish every child had a "Dr. B" in their life!

I used to think this was the best place for my sons health but time after time this office has disappointed me, let me down and mishandled alot of important health referrals. In my opinion they have way to heavy patient load and not enough employees or employees that do not care about their job they are just their for the check. The tioga location is way better about availability and taking care of kiddos.

A woman from the front office of UF Mag Park Pediatrics told me she didn't have time to help me because "it's Monday and a lot of other kiddos need to make appointments". Her exact words. What about my kids? They deserve to get an appointment too. My VALID insurance which is IN NETWORK wasn't going through for her and she refused to make us appointments and just told me "too bad." We have been patients for 3+ years. Not anymore.

New to the area been there twice and will never go back. I have now switched to another UF pediatric location . The female doctor at the magnolia location never lets me finish speaking about each concern I had for my toddler . She brushes what I say off. She was not kid friendly and was addressing other things that I was not asking about and had nothing to do with my appointment. Did not like the female doctor there at all and my child didn’t like her energy either. Was told she didn’t need speech therapy to wait and find out on her 3 year checkup . I than left a bad survey with UF system to than get a call from her and her staff that she changed her mind and thought maybe she needs speech therapy . She out the order in which was a waste of time. I ignored the calls and don’t care for her
