I scheduled a consultation & future appointments with the intention of obtaining a professional evaluation to confirm & define my son’s ADHD diagnosis and to ensure there were no indications of aggressive or malicious behavior. This assessment is critical in helping address any future potential bias or discrimination from his school administration, teachers or peers following a recent incident. Unfortunately, when I began explaining our concerns, I was interrupted and told, in essence, that the evaluation was unnecessary because “he has already been punished, and the school will not care what is said here today. That the paperwork provided by the school was not sufficient to support an ADHD diagnosis...” (a diagnosis that very Doctor had made himself, in 2020-2021). This response felt dism

Honestly the first few two times we were here the experience wasn’t to bad , the staff up front was a little unprofessional and you could hear them saying they didn’t want to be here. The doctors were amazing . But today our appointment was set in stone for over a month to be here at 10:20 am Monday , they called Thursday saying the doctor had a schedule change and they had to change out appointment, so she said we could keep our same day and time but with a different provider. Ok cool right ? That works . Drove an hour and a half up here to get to the front desk for the same unprofessional lady as last time, to tell me my son’s appointment got canceled and I’m clueless. OK, why did it get canceled? She said I already told you she has to see a MD with a very rude attitude. OK that doesn

I have been coming to the Pediatric dept for 27 years now and every Dr. Every nurse, every assistant and everybody has always been helpful towards me and my kids. I have never had a bad experience even when I was late they accommodated us rather than send us away. We may have had to wait a bit for being late but it was our fault. I love every dr we have ever had there. Dr. Y. Banks who has retired and Dr. Mott Young who recently relocated were the most loving and caring. I really appreciate this office for hiring the best doctors for the job. Also people who choose to write negative reviews due to something that supposedly happened once, should remember everyone is human and we are prone to make mistakes but one mistake should not determine the whole character of a person who obviously we

The two times that I have brought my son here has not been pleasant. The first time they sent us to the wrong building. They then realized it and sent me to the right building. Once I got there, they wouldn't see my son. Today my son had an appointment. They called him back to do his blood pressure only then to tell me that they wouldn't be able to see him because he needed to see a doctor first and they didn't have any appointments available. I don't live close by. My son won't be returning.

I'm horrified by the lack of attention and care of my daughter. After several calls and visits with concerns of a high fever and intense vomiting for several days, I was sent home to continue supportive care instead of them doing a thorough exam. I was even told that a fever close to 104 was "not concerning". When I called a separate time, I was told it was "life threatening" despite being sent home before for the same high fever that was supposedly "not concerning". Very frustrating and a scary time period while I feel that my daughter's care was neglected. They missed an ear infection that caused this high of a fever. They are also poor advocates for mental health referrals and are not particularly informed on diversity of mental health issues in kids.
